Our Prices Explained

Despite the difficulty of pricing with often-volatile exchange rates and the ever-changing world economy, we do believe in giving a realistic feel for the cost of our trips. All our sample itineraries therefore include a ‘guide price’. Those quoted here include international flights from London in economy class, internal transport, transfers to the embarkation point (where it is possible and cost effective to pre-book) and accommodation based in twin rooms with meals as specified.

Many of our ship’s partners offer Early Booking Discounts and as the timings and extent of the offers vary greatly from year to year, we will always check for the latest ‘best price’ when sending you a quotation.

Guide prices for voyages are based on twin cabins with shared or private facilities and on request we can provide prices for single occupancy, triple, quadruple or superior cabins and suites where these are available. Trips are fully-guided either from the UK or locally. We also include fuel surcharges known at the time of going to print. Please understand though, that in a climate of fluctuating fuel prices, we are bound to pass on any additional surcharges as we are informed of them.
